Pop-A-Lock Becomes Approved Vendor

for Keller Williams

As SystemForward continues to focus efforts on developing national account relationships in the Real Estate Industry, we are excited to announce that we have finalized an “Approved Vendor” status with Keller Williams Realty. As a Pop-A-Lock® franchisee, you now have the right to use the Keller Williams approved vendor logo when communicating with your local Keller Williams representatives.

As you are aware, the Real Estate Industry offers Pop-A-Lock® a unique opportunity to reach new home owners with a “call to action” message to re-key their new home. This is your opportunity to develop an ongoing business referral relationship with real estate professionals in your service area. By offering discounts to real estate agents and brokers, Pop-A-Lock® can introduce services to their clients for re-keys and possibly other home security solutions. Even in today’s downturn in the economy, agents and banks are in possession of homes that need to be re-keyed quickly and cost-effectively.

Keller Williams Realty is the third-largest real estate franchise in the United States, with more than 72,000 agents. SystemForward will now be delivering specific offers and sales messages on your behalf to all Keller Williams Realty offices. In February of 2009, SystemForward represented the Pop-A-Lock® franchise system at the Keller Williams annual convention in Orlando, FL and introduced Pop-A-Lock® to many of the top performing agents.

SystemForward will continue to communicate with all Keller Williams offices as well as specific follow up with the agents that we discussed locksmith opportunities with at the convention. Specific follow-up action to Keller Williams Realty Agents will include:

SFA will send a follow up letter and information package of Pop-A-Lock® services to all leads that we collected at the convention. The information package will contain print collaterals that they can distribute to their clients which will provide them with various Pop-A-Lock® promotional offers
SFA will send a list of leads that were collected from your area to you by email. We strongly encourage you to contact each of these agents to introduce yourself.
The offer includes the following:

2. FREE Home Security Survey (available through the hotline only)
3. 30% discount (offer will apply to the re-key cost of the 1st cylinder)
4. 2 FREE keys (with the purchase of re-key service for 2 or more doors)
5. FREE Lost Key Return Tags.

We have received very positive response to an offer to provide Keller Williams with co-branded Key Return Tags. We will be sending you an introductory supply of Key Return Tags and ask that you deliver these to the local agents. By providing tags with the Keller Williams logo to the agents, they will be highly motivated to distribute these tags to their customers, as well as to the public as a brand awareness advertising tool.
